Tuna Casserole
Serves 4
Ingredients: -
4 cups of cooked rice
1 small chopped onion
7oz can tuna, in brine or spring water, drained
1 teacup of chopped celery
15oz can of condensed mushroom soup
Pinch salt & ground black pepper to taste
1 desertspoon made mustard, (English, French or grainy)
1 tblsp finely grated fresh parmesan cheese.
Method
Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
Put into casserole dish, sprinkle with the cheese & bake for 20 minutes at 200F Gas 6
Serve with a crisp green salad of choice.
